A bit about me
Throughout my career in theatre, participatory arts and heritage, it has all been about stories.
I love telling stories and I love hearing them.
And, it was through stories I finally made a breakthrough in shaping the strategy for my business - I could do it my way, and I do it through telling stories.
I've spent a whole career running small businesses including a charitable Young People's Theatre at the beginning, a couple of social enterprises, and my current business which I run as sole trader. I know the ins and outs of what it takes to do ALL the jobs in a micro organisation and how to make it a success.
It's hard taking the path less trod, as you often have to draw the map as you go. As a constant outlier/pioneer, I've often taken the circuitous route to find the way that works. Although it is harder and often quite frustrating, I wouldn't have it any other way! And I truly believe in radical generosity, so love sharing the learning of that journey with others.
When I'm not creating courses and coaching fabulous people, you can find me pottering about (I was even an "expert" on pottering on Woman's Hour on BBC R4 which is an accolade I hold dear!), you'll also find me doing beadwork, baking and hanging out with my gorgeous kids.
